Welcome to the website dedicated to the data breach incident at Dr. Jaime Schwartz's clinic.
On March 29, 2024, Dr. Jaime Schwartz's plastic surgery clinic fell victim to a cyberattack, resulting in the unauthorized download of patients' protected health information (PHI), including their photos.
Malware was detected within the clinic's network and subsequently removed on Jule, 2024.
However, Dr. Jaime Schwartz didn't report this incident to the California Attorney General and the Department of Health and Human Services within the legally required timeframe.
We believe the clinic hasnt taken sufficient steps to protect its patients data and has failed to meet its legal obligations, raising serious concerns about its accountability and professionalism.
We will continue to publish sensitive patient data here until the clinic contacts us and initiates negotiations.
